Customs & import duties (US & UK orders)
Orders shipped to the United States or United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country on arrival. These are not included in your order total at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Charges vary by country and order value, so check with your local customs office if you'd like to know the amount ahead of time.

How to start a return
- Email uvellesupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return
- We'll confirm the return and send you instructions
- Once we receive the item back, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method
Damaged or faulty items
If your Uvelle arrives damaged or stops working within the guarantee period, email us a photo or short video along with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to wait on a return shipment first.
